I like it a lot and use it with my Clarisonic and it works well at removing my makeup. My skin doesn’t feel tight after cleansing, and in fact is less dry since I’ve been using it. The MaxEffects Botanical Facial Toner($18.99 CDN) contains watermelon, apple, lentil and fruit extracts to tone and brighten your face, while also closing pores. It’s free from any alcohols which is what I look for in a toner. I really like it a lot, and find it really soothing and not drying at all. The MaxEffects Botanical Intensive Serum($23.99) is enriched with Fig Fruit Extract, and Grape Seed Oil, and helps diminish the signs of ageing by strengthening the skin’s natural barrier. It’s really hydrating for a serum and somedays I feel that’s all I need before applying my makeup. I do think m y skin is looking clearer and brighter since I’ve been testing it out. On days I feel like I need more moisture, I’ll use the Botanical Daily Facial Moisturizer($18.99 CDN). It’s enriched with natural oils like Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, and Coconut Oil. It’s super hydrating and soothing at the same time and leaves skin really soft, and not greasy at all. The MaxEffects Botanical Intensive Night Moisturizer($23.99)is my favourite night treatment that I’ve come across in a long time! It contains Olive Leaf Extract and Algae Extract to help revitalize your skin and reveal more glowing skin. It absorbs quickly which I like and it hasn’t broken me out. Actually, none of the products have broken me out so that’s a good sign! I wake up with bright, glowy skin every morning and I love it. Often enough a lot of natural skin care breaks me out, but MaxEffects Naturals hasn’t. Because each product contains Cucumber and Cornflower Extracts, the products are soothing while providing anti-ageing benefits at the same time, so it’s perfect for even sensitive skin like mine. I love the subtle cucumber scent in each product as well. It’s refreshing to me! I know I’m going to order some more of the MaxEffects 2-in-1 Makeup Remover that I reviewed a couple of months ago. It works BETTER than Bioderma or any other makeup remover I’ve tried. AND they also have a Botanical BB Cream that I want to try as well!
